MEET THE FOUNDER

Hi! I’m Michelle Nowacki.

I’m a talent acquisition and people and culture leader who helps attract, place, and retain the right people in the right roles. Born and raised in Vancouver, I’ve spent my career working in a broad range of industries and positions to give me a unique view on skill sets, talent placement, and just generally what makes work work — for individuals and corporations. 

I’ve worked with small businesses all the way to Fortune 100 companies and everything in between. Through those experiences, I’ve learned the most successful organizations are those who understand that invested, passionate employees are the most effective. A people-first approach combined with training and development, DEI&B, data, and innovation can make the difference between a high-performing team and a dysfunctional one. I believe you don’t need to be the largest organization with a premier compensation package to attract and retain the best talent for your company.

When I’m not working you can find me spending time with my dog Skye, doing almost every type of outdoor activity, and connecting with friends and family. I love staying active and I credit a lot of my team expertise to my love of sports.
